Transforming Healthcare: Nursing Leadership Lessons from the Front Lines of COVID-19
The Forum features an engaging presentation, round-table discussion, state nursing update plus networking with nurse leaders from around the state. Designed for nurses in (or aspiring to) a leadership role - all settings. Note: this will be a virtual event - you will need a computer with internet and audio/visual capabilities to take full advantage of the program.

Attendance is open to individuals who have a current RN license in Arizona (or another state) or non-nurses that are employed by an AzONL Community Partner Member (learn more).

Registration is available online or call the AzONL Office at (480) 491-5627 and a team member will be happy to register you over the phone.

If you do not know your login information, please contact the AzONL Office at (480) 491-5627 or by email to register. - If you are not a current Member but would like to join and take advantage of the member pricing for this event, please select the Joining Today Ticket and create an account and an AzONL staff will deduct the ticket price from the membership price and bill the credit card provided.

Registration Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be in writing via email to info@nonprofitorg.info. Cancellations received at least 1 week prior to the program, will be entitled to a full refund. Cancellations received after this date or "No-shows" will not be entitled to a refund.
Substitutions of individuals* registered are acceptable at any time - please notify the AzONL office by phone or email or on-site at the registration desk (for in-person programs).
*Provided attendee meets event eligibility requirements; NonMembers may substitute for a Member by paying the difference in the registration fee for the non-member rate.
